How Do I Verify My Order?

All orders placed through Elitesportssc.com are subject to our verification process for order accuracy and authorized valid payment. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information to validate your order.

In order to guard against fraudulent activity, Elitesportssc.com must verify the bill to and ship to address. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card issuer has on file). Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time of your order.

If your shipping address is different than your billing address (where you receive your credit card statement), please call your credit card issuer to make them aware of the shipping address. Informing your credit card issuer about your the shipping address will not change any existing billing information; it will be temporarily listed in the banks memo field for purchase verification only. Please recognize that calling your credit card issuer about an address notification may not only be necessary, but it will also speed up the verification process.

If your selected payment method is PayPal, we will ship your order to a PayPal confirmed address only. A PayPal confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address. For example, a credit card billing address is confirmed because PayPal can check that the address is the same as the address on file at the credit card company.

Order Confirmations

A confirmation displaying an order number will appear on the checkout page immediately after your order is submitted. If an order confirmation did not appear after the final submit button, we may have received your order, but communication from our server to your computer was interrupted. Please contact customer service to verify if your order had been received.

You will also receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online or by phone. An email address is required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. Please recognize that your ISP or email client may have a filter that is preventing the email confirmation from getting through to you

We will never share your email address with an unrelated 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill transactions that you initiate

How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?

It may take approximately one or two business days to process an order before it ships, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process. The estimated time of arrival is determined by the chosen method of shipping and the carrier’s local delivery guidelines. Air orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern typically ship same day. Orders containing customized products will be held until the custom product has been made

You can check the status of your order on our website at any time by logging into your customer account. If you checked out as a guest, you can check your order status here. You may also contact our Customer Support for order status information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our incredibly fast order processing times, once your order is placed we will be unable to make any changes to your order. Please double check your order and make sure all the information is correct before placing your order.

Shipping Address Changes

Once an order has passed our verification process, the shipping address cannot be changed if it is different than the billing address. You may cancel the existing order, provided that it hasn’t been processed for shipping, and place a new order with a different shipping address.

Do You Provide Dropshipping?

In some circumstances Elitesportssc.com will arrange for the item to be shipped directly from our source in order to help you avoid a longer wait time (e.g. special order item, or in the unusual event that a backordered item is not expected to arrive at our warehouse within a reasonable time.)

Order Acceptance Policy

Any order confirmation (electronic or paper receipt) given to you through Elitesportssc.com® does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. Elitesportssc.com® reserves the right to decline and cancel an order, or supply less than quantity ordered at any time.

Given the popularity and shortage of some items, we may at times have to restrict the quantity of a particular item ordered. We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate your order. Elitesportssc.com® may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Pricing Policy

Pricing Error: Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference or request an intercept from the shipping carrier. The pricing posted on our website may not always be identical to those found on some price comparison shopping websites. Prices listed on most price comparison websites may take up to 24 hours to update and match our site.

Price Protection: Due to the unpredictable and volatile nature of the baseball/softball equipment industry, we cannot offer price protection credits on merchandise previously purchased on our site. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice based on a combination of factors that are generally out of our control. They are usually dictated by market and availability conditions and/or by the manufacturers themselves and are often as likely to increase as they are to decrease. Once you have completed your purchase, the price you pay remains unchanged regardless of whether the price on our site has since increased or decreased. Please be rest assured that we are offering you, our valued customers, the best possible price we can based on our real-time cost for the merchandise at that time.

Tax Policy

Elitesportssc.com® will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to an address in the state of Georgia, South Carolina or to any other state as required by law. If your credit card billing address is in the state of California and your ship to address is not, you will not be charged sales tax

Shipping Information

Standard Shipping Information

Standard Shipping is available to all locations within the 48 contiguous United States. Standard Shipping Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. To expedite the shipping process and minimize delays, please ensure that all supplied billing information is correct and that alternate delivery address are on file with your bank or credit card company. The Time-In-Transit map estimates the number of business days required for you to receive your order, this map is for reference only and is not a guarantee. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed. Elitesportssc.com offers Flat Rate Standard Shipping for $6.99. Oversize item fees will apply in addition to the Standard Shipping charge. The merchandise you order may be fulfilled from several locations which may cause items to arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.

Order Status And Tracking?

Express orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern, typically ship same day as long as all items are in-stock and the payment has been processed. Express orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern on a Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday business day. Order placed using Next Day Shipping that are shipped on a Friday will generally be delivered on the following Monday, unless you select Next Day Saturday Shipping. Weekends, Holidays and the day of delivery do not count towards the delivery time. We suggest using Two Day Shipping to locations in Hawaii & Alaska. The merchandise you order may be fulfilled from several locations which may cause items to arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.

Please consult the shipping table below for expected costs and time in transit estimates. Please note that Next Day Shipping to residential addresses are not guaranteed and we d not issue refunds for orders sent using Next Day Shipping to a residential address if the delivery date is not met.

United States Postal Service Information

If the destination address is a PO Box or an APO/FPO, we will ship your order via USPS since UPS is unable to deliver to those destinations. We will provide tracking information via email after your order has shipped. Items delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO will be delivered in approximately 7 to 10 business days. Final delivery for APO/FPO destinations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services. Not all items can be shipped via USPS. Some items that are shipped via USPS may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If necessary, Elitesportssc.com will contact you before the order is processed.

Misc. General Shipping Information

Order Pick-Ups: Orders leaving Elitesportssc.com® are picked up Monday through Fridays only. Typically, orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern will ship same day provided that all items are in stock and the shipping and billing information has been verified.

Address Changes: Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting your order; we are unable to change the address of your order once it passes through our verification stage.

Oversized Merchandise

Some products on Elitesportssc.com® may be subject to oversized shipping fees. Typically wheeled equipment bags, equipment racks, pitch backs, screens and cages may require an oversized shipping fee. These fees are in addition to the cost of shipping and will be denoted on the product page.

Non-Deliverable Address Policy

Due to limitations, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes via UPS. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address will be shipped using United States Postal Service Priority.

Delivery Attempts

The shipping courier will make two attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a door hanger notifying you of the attempt. Most couriers allow you the ability to have a package held at a local customer center. This can usually be arranged online through the couriers’ website. If the package is deemed undeliverable after the third attempt, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the merchandise minus the actual cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping. All credits will be applied to the original payment method.

Returns Information

General Return Policy

Standard Return Policy: We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item covered by our Standard Return Policy within 90 days from the original date of purchase. Items that are returned within 30 days of purchase, will not incur a restocking fee. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Consumable products (sports nutrition) may not be returned if the seal has been broken. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. If you purchase multiple sizes of the same product (i.e. cleats in 6.5D, 7.0D & 7.5D) and choose to return some, but not all products, you will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee even if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Other restrictions may apply.

To help maintain our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, most merchandise purchased from Elitesportssc.com® may be returned within 30 days for a partial refund (purchase price minus 10% restocking fee  All product returns require a Return Authorization Number. Items purchased from Elitesportssc.com are not eligible for returns or exchanges at our retail locations.

Limited Return Policy: Items that are purchased under our Limited Return Policy may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally, all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Consumable products (sports nutrition) may not be returned if the seal has been broken. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. Other restrictions may apply.

Items Not Eligible for Return: Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned under any circumstances:

– Unwrapped Bats – DO NOT take the plastic wrapper off of your new bat until you are certain it is the correct weight or size. Once the plastic wrapper has been removed, the bat cannot be returned to Elitesportssc.com™.
– Jocks & Undergarments – Due to the personal nature of the product
– Mouth guards – Due to hygienic reasons
– Special Orders, Custom Orders, Team Orders or other Special Accommodations
– Customized Products – This includes jerseys with personalization
– Blemished Products
– Mystery Products
Most manufacturers provide warranty services for defective products, directly.

How To Return Merchandise

Please contact us at (770) 967-2924 for a return authorization number (RA #). Download the Return Authorization form (Adobe Acrobat is required to view the form). Please fill in the requested information on our product return form, and carefully follow the instructions for return. A Return Authorization Number expires 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Return Authorizations will be refused and returned. We will be more than happy to issue another Return Authorization number as long as the product is within the return window. Simply call our Customer Service department to obtain another number.

Elitesportssc.com does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. Elitesportssc.com will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and include all factory packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals etc.), in the original manufacturer bag/box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories, packaging or literature. Please take special care when opening products shipped in plastic clamshell packaging as we may be unable to accept a return for items with destroyed or damaged packaging. Removal or alteration of a product’s UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned to Elitesportssc.com® with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our database (Elitesportssc.com® maintains serial number tracking).

Return merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer’s box. We will not, under any circumstances, accept a return that uses a or shoe box as the outer box even if the items inside are different than what is depicted on the box. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Refused deliveries will be subject to a return shipping fee. Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper’s responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to Elitesportssc.com®.

Customers may use the carrier of their choice to return merchandise but we strongly advise customers to use a traceable shipping method for their own protection.

Return Shipping

Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our warehouse) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.

If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our warehouse. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.

Refunds & Store Credit Policy

We will waive the restocking fee if an eligible product is returned within 30 days of purchase; after this all other returns of eligible product will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please view our Return Policy for a list of what is considered ineligible for Return. Refunds do not apply to the cost of shipping or oversized handling charges. The customer is responsible for the actual price of shipping even if the shipping was free or discounted. In some cases the actual price of shipping may exceed the amount originally charged for shipping, the difference in shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected and processed.

Exchanges Policy

If you purchased a product from us that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund or store credit and simply place a new order for the item you desire. A refund credit cannot be applied to a new purchase.

Please note that our standard Return Policy applies, only items eligible for a return may be returned for store credit. It may take 5-10 days for a return to be received, inspected and processed.

Defective Items Policy

An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced, or returned for a full refund for the purchase price provided that the item hasn’t been used. Elitesportssc.com® does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to Elitesportssc.com®, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. Elitesportssc.com® will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.

Refused Delivery Policy

If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the merchandise minus the actual cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping. All credits will be applied to the original payment method.

Damaged, Missing, & Lost Items Policy

All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 48 hours after the package was received. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only. Should the item not be available for replacement, the customer will be issued store credit for the original cost of the damaged item.

Should your package be deemed Lost in Transit, please contact us immediately. We do not issue refunds for Lost Items. An item that was deemed to be Lost will be replaced with the same model only. Should the item not be available for replacement, the customer will be issued store credit for the original cost of the lost item.

Please allow 1 to 8 days for the processing of claims for lost U.P.S shipments and up to 40 days for lost U.S.P.S shipments.
